The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms, although they may not be the best for relaxing with a limited view from the window. The service was top-notch, especially in assisting with driving and parking in Old Town. The location couldn't be more central in the historic center, with a fantastic view over the city. The dining experience was generally good with a great atmosphere. Overall, a solid choice in terms of value for money.

I couldn't believe how big my room was for the price I paid, but the interior view wasn't the best with the constant sound of water dripping. The heat cycle switch caught me off guard, and the room looked more basic than the photos suggested.

Rooms

My room was surprisingly large for the price, but the interior view and constant water dripping noise were a downside. The heat cycle switch was also a bit too soon for my liking.
Service

The hotel staff was very warm and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the frequent knocks on our door every 20 minutes made me feel unsettled.
Location

The hotel is centrally located in the old town, perfect if you want to explore the historic city. However, the noise from street music and neighbors' snores kept me entertained throughout the night.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was extremely poor, with only disposable dishes available, and at an additional cost of 130€ with no breakfast included.
Facilities

The establishment claims to be 4 stars but falls short in many areas. The whole wheat bread rolls were one of the limited options available.

6.6/10

The hotel had some pros and cons. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet but looked run down and old. Some assigned seating for guests was a bit inconvenient with not enough chairs at tables. The service was a mix of unprofessional and helpful encounters. The location was ideal in a prime area with plenty of nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The dining offered a good variety of options but some felt it was extremely poor. Overall, it was an average stay with ups and downs.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms looked better in the photos, they definitely needed a fresh coat of paint and new furniture. The noise level was like a freight train at times, and the room had a bit of a strange smell. On the bright side, I had a beautiful view of the Fountain of Shame.

The service was a bit hit or miss. While the staff was very friendly and helpful, they seemed inadequately manned, making it a challenge to get their attention at times. They were always busy, including assisting customers with tour bookings.
Location

The hotel's location was quite central and good. It offered a great spot overlooking Piazza Pretoria, making it convenient to explore Palermo city for a day or two. It also provided easy access to all attractions and the bustling Vucciria seafood market where you could find affordable seafood options.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was small but comfortable, with a cozy bed and nice crisp sheets. However, the lack of natural light and effective air conditioning was a downside. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering excellent services. The location was outstanding, right in the beautiful center of Palermo, near all the attractions. The dining experience was a bit confusing without cups, but the variety of sweet and savory options was enjoyable.
